Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for executing and contributing to the company's strategic vision, as well as motivating employees and representing the company's "public face". This position reports directly to the board of directors. Ideal candidates for this role are seasoned industry veterans with at least one successful company behind them, with experience leading, communicating, planning, and motivating. Candidates need not have a detailed technical background, but must be willing to acquire at least superficial knowledge of both the medical and technical aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and represent the entire company.
- Heavily contribute to our vision and closely interact with the board of directors.
- Track financials and performance metrics as aids to decision-making.
- Determine staffing and prioritization of focus areas across the company.
- Make official statements on behalf of the company.
- Directly manage other C-level executives and VPs.
- Interact with clients and VIPs.
- Organize team ultimate frisbee games.
Qualifications:
- A history of successful leadership on an organizational level.
- Prior experience starting a successful company from the ground up is a strong plus.
- An MBA or other business degree is a plus.
- A general sense of how our technology operates, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to formulate high-level strategic initiatives and break them down into plans of action.
- Extensive facility with public relations, including press releases and interviews. You will be representing the company.
- Experience motivating employees and building a nontraditional corporate culture.
- A background and network within the medical industry is a plus.
