Medical Advisor (Radiology)
Medical advisors are professionals or academic researchers with deep experience in the medical industry, who are at times asked for advice and guidance in the company's medical affairs. As advisory roles do not carry a full-time commitment, these roles are ideal for medical professionals who wish to participate in the company's success while continuing to pursue their own outside innovations. This position does not carry a salary, but equity and bonuses may be given out for instances of high-quality work and advice, and the option exists for top-notch advisors to transition to a full-time position at a time of their choosing, should the company have an opening. Medical advisors currently report to the Chief Medical Officer. Ideal candidates for this role are professionals or academic researchers who are thoroughly versed in the medical field, with a particular emphasis on radiology, but who do not have the time to commit to a full-time position on the medical staff.
